After placing your order, our design team will create a digital proof based on your selected location and personalization details.

You’ll receive the proof for approval before production begins. We won’t start making your map until you’re happy with the design.

PROCESSING TIME

Production takes about 3–5 business days after proof approval. Have a deadline? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

FREE DHL Express shipping is included. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Duties and taxes are included, with no additional import fees upon delivery.

Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Each Mapiqtura piece is made to order and may be personalized specifically for you. Before production, you will receive a design proof for approval.

Once the design proof has been approved and production has started, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is different from the design or product you approved, please contact us at contact@mapiqtura.com as soon as possible. This applies to both personalized and non-personalized products.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we’ll notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your payment provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

Once your order is placed, Victor, our lead designer begins crafting your map with care and precision. Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive a realistic digital mockup to review.

After you approve the design, our workshop team starts production, bringing your map to life using premium wood and detailed craftsmanship.

As soon as your map is ready, we ship it via DHL express, so it arrives at your door quickly and safely.
