This website is operated by Mapiqtura. Throughout the website, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mapiqtura.
These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform through which we offer our products and services.
SECTION 1 — USING OUR STORE
You must have the legal capacity to place an order or the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, infringe another person’s rights, transmit malicious software or interfere with the operation of our store.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We offer wooden maps and decorative products, including personalized and custom-made items.
Wood is a natural material, so grain, texture and color may vary between pieces. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
These variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description or approved design.
Our maps are decorative products and are not intended for navigation or surveying.
SECTION 3 — PERSONALIZATION AND DESIGN APPROVAL
For personalized and custom-made maps, we email you a digital preview within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please carefully review all locations, names, dates, spelling, layout and other personalization details before approving the design.
Production begins only after your approval and takes 2–3 business days. Time spent reviewing the preview or requesting revisions is additional to production and shipping time.
An item produced correctly according to your approved design is not considered incorrectly made because of a detail you approved. This does not affect your rights concerning defects or errors on our part.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please provide accurate order details and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If you wish to change or cancel an order, email contact@mapiqtura.com as soon as possible. Once you approve the design and production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled items.
SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price and currency applicable to your purchase are shown at checkout.
We offer FREE DHL Express shipping worldwide. Applicable duties and taxes are included, with no additional import fees payable upon delivery.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
You must be authorized to use the payment method selected for your purchase.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DHL Express shipping typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Shipping time does not include design approval or production.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your statutory delivery and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete physical delivery address.
We will email your tracking number after dispatch. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Non-personalized physical products are eligible for return or exchange requests within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping costs. For exchanges, the buyer also pays the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind after design approval.
This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrectly produced items. We cover the costs of resolving damage, defects or production errors on our part, including any necessary return and replacement shipping.

SECTION 8 — ACCOUNT AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Please keep your email address, delivery address and other order information accurate and current.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Mapiqtura is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Mapiqtura. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Mapiqtura, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Mapiqtura.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our website may contain tools or links provided by third parties. When using those services, please review their applicable terms and privacy policies.
We do not control independent third-party websites. This does not remove our responsibilities for purchases made directly from Mapiqtura.
SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our original designs, photographs, branding and website content belong to us or their respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission, except where permitted by law. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual property rights.
If you submit artwork, logos or other material for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary permission and authorize us to use it to fulfil your order.
SECTION 12 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
Reviews must reflect your actual experience and must not contain unlawful content or infringe another person’s rights.
Please disclose any incentive received in connection with a review.
By submitting a review or feedback, you allow us to display and reproduce it in connection with our store and products, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.

We aim to keep our product information and prices accurate.
If a material error affects your order, we will contact you and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel the affected order and refund the relevant payment.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
This does not affect our obligations concerning accepted orders or your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to your purchase or restrict your statutory rights concerning where you may bring a claim.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
Updates apply to future use and purchases. They do not retroactively change an accepted order without your agreement.
