Refund Policy
30-Day Return Guarantee for Physical Products
Your happiness matters to us! If your order isn’t quite what you had in mind, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Simply email us at contact@mapiqtura.com, and we’ll guide you step by step. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and easy instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll replace it or find the best solution for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know. If approved, your refund will be sent directly to your PayPal account.
Please allow a few business days for PayPal to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
